Notes:
This is not your typical resturant Shrimp scampi appetizer. This is a filling cheesy meal. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 Lb Jumbo Shrimp (deveined, Peeled)
Method:
1. Melt butter with olive oil
3 Tbs Butter,
3 Tbs Olive oil
1/2 tsp White pepper
1/2 tsp Red pepper, crushed
1/4 oregano
Juice from 1 lemon
1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese
5 Tbs Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 Chopped Parsley, minced
3 Cloves garlic, Minced
2 Tbs White wine
salt
1 lb Cooked fettucini or linguine
2. add Garlic, pepper, oregano and wine. Still well
3. When Garlic browns (3 Mins) add shrimp. toss and baste shrimp in oil.
4. Add Lemon Juice,keep tossing over heat
5. add Parsley, bread crumbs, and parmesian
6. toss and baste until shrimp is pink
7. Broil in pan until cheese is mel;ted (1-2 minuites)
8. Serve over pasta
