Butter Basil Halibut Steak

Notes:
Halibut is one of my favorite fishes, it has a very mild taste and nice hearty texture. This recipe can be used with any kind of fish but works the best with a steak-fish such as Halibut, Shark or Swordfish. So here it is

Ingredients:
1-2 Think Halibut steak, (1 per serving)
1 lemon (halved)
1/8 cup Basil
5 Tbs Butter
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Grated, dried orange peel
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Crushed red Pepper
2 Tsp finely chopped onions (can used dried minced)
3 Tsp parmesian cheese (optional)

Method:
1. preheat oven too 350 and place steak into pan
2. Squeeze half of lemon over fish
3. Slice butter and place over steak(s)
4. Add all ingredients over top of the fish (except remaining onion and Parmesian)
5. bake until fish flakes easily, remove from Oven, squeeze 2nd half of lemon over fish, add parmesian into sauce (optional) and serve over fish.
