Teriyaki Marinated Filet Mignon

Notes:

This is a real simple dish, very nice for the BBQ. If you like it Hot, then serve it with a bit of Wasabi on the side!!!!

Ingredients:
1 good Filet Mignon
3 Cloves garlic
1 Slice bacon
3 tbs Butter
1 Sweet Onion
1 Carton chopped Muchrooms
1/4 cup red wine
2 cups teriyaki or Hibachi Marinade
1 tsp Ground Pepper

Method:
1. marinade filet for at least 3 hours
2. melt butter in Pan add 2 Cloves garlic
3. Add Mushrooms and cook over moderate heat
4. Add red wine stirring frequently
5. When Shrooms are fully cooked add chopped onion and 3rd garlic clove
6. continue cooking until all of the liquid is gone
7. Add Pepper
8. BBQ Filet to taste
9. Place Filet on dish and pour Mushroom/Onion mixture over top of filet
