Sprite - Using BBV RX100 interface Problems.
Q/ My Philips G3 domes have locked up on my system and I have no telemetry control -
S/ Enter command - *,8,8,9,10,10,4 this should reset dome control.
Q/ How can I reset my Dennard 2050 dome using the DM Sprite keyboard -
S/ Enter command - *,8,8,9,10,10,4 this brings up the dome technical menu at this stage move the cursor to 9 on screen. Then press Preset ,1 ,Enter four times. Move the cursor to Accept entry and Press Preset, 1 ,enter. Follow options listed using Preset ,1 as the enter command. Command - *,8,8,9,10,10,3 will enter the user menu's
Q/ How do I turn on the autofocus on my VCL dome -

Sitesafe Problems.
The following information is a last resort only.
Q/ My Sitesafe will not enter Record mode and a Defrag is not clearing the problem
S/ Enter the system config option and select Delete video. Then press the red exit key until you are prompted for a password and enter "exit" , this drops the Sitesafe into DOS. With a QWERTY keyboard plugged into the rear enter "rescue.bat". This restores the operating system. Note - This also resets any configuration to default settings. The system config will now need re entering.
Q/ After a power cut my Sitesafe will not function correctly + The time/date has been lost.
S/ This indicates the BIOS backup battery has failed and requires replacement - CR2032 . Contact me for Further details.
Pac Problems.
Q/My Pac for windows is displaying a BTRIEVE error
S/ Using Windows explorer - Rename Pacwin folder in C drive to Pacwin1 ,Then Re install Pac for windows .When complete copy BCURRENT.QUE, BHISTORY.QUE and BUNACCEPT.QUE from Pacwin Data folder to Pacwin1 Data folder. When complete delete Pacwin and rename Pacwin1 back to Pacwin.
The BTRIEVE error occurs when transaction files are not backed up when prompted and then become to large.
