You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, officers, zebras, employees, monkeys and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages to your intelligence and/or costs (including, but not limited to, psychiatric fees) arising from your depth of understanding, your lack of the same, your violation of our Terms and Conditions or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your mind, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, and if they have no intellectual property, this applies to any other property they may have. The Terms and Conditions will invalidate the benefit of our company's successors, monkeys, and licensees.
These Terms and Conditions will not be governed by or construed in accordance with the laws of the Unitied State of Amarina, and will continue its battle against provisions, your actual state of mind, or lack thereof. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will bust you up.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the party animals with respect to to everyone who can actually understand it, which replaces all prior or contemporaneous nonunderstandings, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
