The pets of the Chibi Scouts
Their pets, and the attacks said animals
use.
Zeus
Zeus is a green mutation Jupiterian
Eagle. Like Io, Zeus is telepathic. Zeus is the companion of Aaron
Chiba-Kino. Aaron uses Zeus as a spy and a messenger, to gain
information and reconnasaince. Zeus knew, but would not tell,
that Aaron and Amanda were in love with each other, but neither
knew about it. Zeus is an impressive example of a male Jupiterian
Eagle, with glossy feathers, and long head-plumes. Zeus' attack
is Lightning Wing, in which bolts of lightning fire from his wings.
(Pretty obvious, but I figured I'd better explain)
Leda
Leda is another Jupiterian Eagle. A
female, she lacks the head plumes possessed by Zeus and Callisto.
She is, however, much larger than the males, as Jupiterian Eagles
are a sexually dimorphic species (males and females look different).
Leda tends to be very disrespectful, and has a smart 'mouth'.
Leda and Zeus went to the past, and met the past forms of the
Sailor Scouts. Leda is owned by Kira Chiba-Kino. Leda's attack
is Eagle Claw. (Like Weregarurumon's Wolf Claw, if you watch Digimon)
Rena
Rena is an iguana, and a Guardian as
well. She is the Guardian of Toka Chiba-Kino, Neo-Sailor Lacerta.
Rena is typically reptilian in her habits. Her name is derived
from Serena, in reference to the iguana's (And its namesake's)
often lazy behavior. Rena and Toka make an interesting pair. Rena
has two attacks, Serpent's Glare, which paralyzes the enemy, and
Lizard Bomb.
Macao
Macao is a species of large parrot,
a macaw of some sort I believe. Macao can speak quite well (Though
nobody really cares what he has to say). Macao is Gavin's pet.
He'll eat just about anything that isn't meat. Macao's attack
is Rainbow Wing.
Pteryx
Pteryx is an Archaeopteryx, an elegant
member of the species. His feathers gleam with a rainbow of iridescent
colors. Pteryx is adept at getting in the way, and particularly
at annoying Katherine Mizuno. Amanda scolds Pteryx constantly.
He is very overbearing and proud of his appearance. Pteryx's attack
is Screaming Firestorm, a hail of icy fire.
Corvus
Corvus is a Martian Corvoid, the same
species as Phobos and Deimos. He is omnivorous, and not very picky
either. Corvus has a pointed beak, and pecks people he doesn't
like. He is not well-liked by Jessica Hino, who thinks him annoying.
Corvus uses Burning Mandala, the same one that Sailor Mars uses.
Eros
Eros is a female Venusian Psittacoid.
She belongs to Jennifer Aino. Eros can speak rather well, but
likes imitating noises rather than speech. Eros and Cupid constantly
fight, and she also likes teasing Chris. Eros hates being touched
by people she doesn't know. Eros' attack is Feather Arrows (Pretty
obvious what that does.)
Cupid
Cupid is a nestmate of Eros, her brother.
Cupid belongs to Christopher Aino. Cupid is often picked on by
the Aino sisters for no particular reason. Cupid has far brighter
feathers than Eros or Aphrodite. This is because he is a male
of the species (Another sexually dimorphic species). Cupid is
not very picky, and will eat just about anything. Cupid's attacks
is Dove Beam, a beam of energy that takes the shape of the bird
sacred to the Roman goddess Venus.
Triton
Triton is a Compsognathus. A strange
phenomena involves the coloration of certain species of creatures.
Though related to Charon, Triton looks almost completely different.
Triton is a sea-green color all over, with dark turquoise stripes.
Triton is more savage-looking than Charon. Triton belongs to Mizuko,
child of Amara Tenou and Michelle Kaiou (Thanks to some 30th century
technology). Triton has a way of getting underfoot. His attack
is Kronosaur Aqua Bite.
Lethe
Lethe is another one of those unusual
cases. Though related to Cirrus, who is golden-brown in color,
Lethe is a mix of lavender and bright purple. Her beak is more
pointed and dangerous than Cirrus' too. Lethe belongs to Chronos
Meiou. Lethe is very bad-tempered, and attacks almost anyone.
However, Lethe will not attack a few certain people. Lethe's attack
is Death Shriek.
Styx
Styx belongs to Chronos Meiou. He is
rather irritable at times, and nice at others. Chronos and Sara
are among the few people that he is always friendly around. Some
people, like most of the Chiba-Kino family, he really doesn't
like. He is a dark purple, mixed with lavender and medium purple,
and a little black. He, like Triton and most of the others, is
a prolific hunter. His attack is Jaws of Eternity.
