Skin Storm
(2001)
embers of a coal sky
display a royal blanket
soaring through a coral horizon.
rain dripping as silent mirrors
slides over the silk in our skin
cooling the night
like sore warriors for the sand
colliding over mountains of dust
all seen by the crisp white eye
that rolls on a bed in cloud of old
casting a slice of milky light
with envy over our enveloped form.
countless raindrops carressing our skin
reply the moon with a beam into the black.
yet only our eyes retain the ice moonshine
nature's confusment within pools of love
