The Mercier-Sharp / Hedlund-Steuck Database currently includes almost 9,000 individuals. I have been building it since 2003.
It was created using the software "Personal Ancestral File 5.2", a free download from the familysearch.org site. The software isn't gorgeous, but it is extremely useful.
I'm afraid that I don't upload newer versions of the database as often as I should. I try to update it annually, though. Because of this lag, please contact me if you have any questions, as I might have more info available.
The database is posted at rootsweb.com, their freepages.
When using the database, please remember to visit the notes... many of the sources are included in the notes.
