THE TEST
Tickle's True Talent test was created using several models of measuring aptitude — most notably Barry and Linda Gale's National Career Aptitude System, and Psychologist Jim Barrett and Vocational Guidance Counselor Geoff Williams's Job Aptitude Testing. Because aptitude tests are designed to be objective, Tickle's True Talent test provides a fair assessment of where an individual stand concerning a broad spectrum of skills. It also offers some promising future career options for the individual.
The test is presented in a multiple choice format. After the test is processed, a message will automatically be sent in the e-mail containing the result and option to access the personalized report.
MY COMMENTS ON THE TEST
With regards to the questions, there is one thing I would like to suggest:

I would like to suggest having the radio buttons placed before their corresponding answers for the individual to immediately click on their chosen answer without having to look below to click on their answers.
THE REPORT
The report is well presented. It is divided into the following areas:
- A brief description on what area you are good at (numerical, spatial, verbal, etc.)
- A brief description of what kind of work would be appropriate for you to maximize your true talents.
- You are given the option to take the personalized report.
- You are given the option to invite friends to take the test and be able to compare results with them.
- You are given the option to retake the test if you might feel in doubt.
- You are given the option to use Tickle’s new social network and meet new people (almost like Friendster.)
- One feature I like about taking this test is it gets to be automatically saved into your account once you’re done.
