    "The level of difficulty of the questions posed varies substantially from one candidate to another: a question considered to be difficult by a very logical individual may be interpreted as easy by another whose character is less logical but more intuitive. And vice-versa..."
    Correction :     This should't have ended in a period and the word 'And' shouldn't have been capitalized.

    Correction : The word organization should have an 's' at the end.

  • Use of comma is not constant. Some have spaces before using them, some don't. It would be better to make everything constant.
