Okay now that we have asserted that Ridge always wants your food... This is Ridge and I, on our side porch in March of '97.
I adopted Ridge at the Humane Society in Austin in February of '91 and she has moved all over the country with me ever since! She is a black Lab and Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, as far as I know. She is without a doubt the most important non-human in my life - I even get teary-eyed just writing about her.
