| Hello efurryone......I iz the self-appointed spokeskit for The Catnip Crew. My name is MUNCHKIN and I iz a purrty all black 7 year old (in August) female who weighs in at almost 14 lbs. The hoomin girl took me out of a dingy old petshop that wasn't taking care of me. The hoomin girl told mom she found me in a paper bag on the side of the stweet cuz she thought mom wud say no more kits. Guess the hoomin girl din't know mom haz a soft spot in her heart for kits. My favorite thing to do is meow here on MeowChat with my friends but my all-time favorite thing to do is eat ... anyting and everyting! I run Mummy Munchie's House of Munchies here in MeowChat Village and am also a silent purrtner in the Beauty Spa. I am the widow of the luff of my life, Ralphie Carlini., and I help my mom, PCF Catnip, wiff town affairs since she is da mayor of the town. I sure would luff to meet all you fine kits, so come join me on the MeowChat Message Boards or for any of our MeowChat Chats ....... where kits rule and hoominz drool! My brudder CASEY will be 9 years old in August and iz an all black handsome guycat. He's a purrfect speciman of cathood at 12 lbs ... but don't tell him that. He already tinks he'z the cats meow. Mom rescued him from da shelter on da day before he waz supposed to get sent to The Rainbow Bridge. He was really sick, but mom luffed himand made him all better. He's a pain in the tail sometimes and I hafta share my food wiff him, but I luff him anyway. His favorite thing to do is cuddle wiff mom or chase one of us other kits around the house. He is meowried to a nice girlkit here in town named Greta Masscats (wedding in June, 2001) and runs Casey's PURRfect Lawn and Landscaping, Inc. HARLEY is our youngest brudder. He is a silly little tuxie cat who is about 4 years old. Last year mom fownd him in da middle of a really busy stweet juzt watching the cars whiz by. When mom pulled over to rescue him, he came right up to her and started purring. Good thing too becuz it waz reel cold and his paws still had evidence of a previous bout wiff frostybite. He sure knew how to weezel his way into mom's heart! He fears no kit, hoomin or doggie and will take on even a hypodermic weelding vet. He weighs 10 lbs and luffs to get into trouble any way he can. If he can't find trubble, he makes his own! He runs the local lemonade stand and is meowried to the cute wittle Foudini Ttpurr4cat. MUSHKA is the 13 lb. queen bee of the clan .... or so she tinks. She will be 9 in August and iz all black too. Mom and the hoomin girl helped Mushka's mom deliver her and mom sez she waz one teeny tiny uggy wet rat when she was borned. But even that din't stop mom from bringing her home to wreck havoc on the peace and harmony of the Catnip household. I think she has aspirashuns of being another Rocky Balboa-kit becuz she pawpunches any kit dat walks past her. She must be part siamese becuz she whines and meows to get her way. She's always chasing the rest of us and trying to make us do things her way. She doesn't work in the village becuz she's juzt too uppity to do manual labor. She was in luv wiff local resident Ted MnSnowta who went on to Rainbow Bridge. MADDIE is the black sheep of the family. She's the only long haired kit amongst us and haz every color of the rainbow in her fur. She's the "just turned 8" yr old, 10 lb. mainecoonwannabe of the family. Her real name is Madison, named after da stweet where she waz found. That dumb kit din't haf enuff sense to get herself in out of da snow until mom camed along. Guess her long bootiful mainecoon fur kept her warm till mom found her. I think she musta survived on bread and baked goods cuz you can't leave a loaf of bread or rolls within her sniff zone or else she'll eat it ... plastic bag and all! She likes to catnap in the closet all day and only comes out at nite for dinner, so she's known around here as "the vampire troll kit" She does have a talent for yodeling, so being the local vocal coach in town is rite up her alley. She recently got meowried to Mr. Sam MnSnowta .... rite here in MeowChat! "The Tabby Twins" are almost 2 years old, ASHLEY, my sister, and NICKY, my brudder, started off as foster-kits. Mom tooked dem out of the cage where the rescue league she volunteers for keeps da kitties for adoption. It waz Thanksgiffink weekend, and Mom thought we needed some company fur dindin. They stayed in the foster room for about a month and got tootered and played spades, and Mom got them all healthy again cause they had lots of icky mites and intestinal parasite and tings wike dat. Then they waz reddy fur adoption, but guess what ... Mom couldn't giff them up and, to be honest, I kind of liked having a younger brother and sister to boss around. Akshully, the real newest member of the fambly is MEADOW She was a fosterkit who juzt happened to come stay heer for Thanksgiffink too and deecided to stay furever. Dad says mom iz not allowed to foster at Thanksgiffink anymore. MOL. Meadow is about 2 or 3 and she iz kind of a purrty pastel calico. She sure has the calico tude to prove it....but only with the vet. She has to see him alot too cuz she haz kitty azzma and has to take medicine and get shot every so often to keep da azzma under control. I wazn't real happy when she first came to stay here, but I guess she isn't so bad affer all. She has an eye on Beau Wiscat and they went on their first date the other night. |
