Otherwise, we will not hold any other Stage Brigade events due to health reasons and general lack of interest from members.

Thank you everyone who has offered to make brownies or bars!  We will be feeding approximately 125 students and adults, so extra pans are very welcome. 



We are also looking for three to four people to cut up and bag broccoli, celery and baby carrots into snack size ziplock baggies.  I bunch of broccoli and celery and bag of carrots per person.  If you turn in your reciepts for the veggies and baggies, the Stage Brigade will reimburse your cost. Please let me know in advance if you will be providing vegetables to we know if we will need to get more or if we will have enough.



We have two people how have volunteered to fried hamburger.  We need ten pounds fried each.  Greg can buy the buger at Walmart and bring it to you tomorrow morning, or you can purchase it and again turn in reciepts, which ever is easier. 



We will be setting up at 8:00am on Monday.  We will be doing most of shopping on Sunday afternoon at Sam's Club, so if anyone needs anything, please let us know.

Final prep for All Day Rehearsal on Monday, November 3rd.  We will be  on Menu Planning. This is very important as we will be feeding around 120 people for that day and will need a lot of help. 

We will be arriving at the high school at 8:00am on Monday morning to begin setting up for the day.  We will also be frying hamburger and cutting fruits and veggies ahead of time.  If you can help with those items, it would be appreciated.  Fiinally,  We are looking for bars and cookies to be served with the dinner meal on Monday.  Please let me know if you will be available to assist with this event.
