| We're trying to start out right with stock that fits the standard, but still produces well. At a recent 4H show we won Best and Reserve light duck with our Welsh Harlequins, Best Heavy Duck with a pekin hen, Best and Reserve medium duck with our Cayugas, Champion duck with a Cayuga drake, Reserve Champion duck with a Welsh Harlequin drake, and Reserve Overall bird with a Cayuga drake. This was the first time we'd ever shown ducks so it was quite exciting! |

| Welsh Harlequins Our Welsh Harlequins are from Holderread's. They're beautiful, hardy, VERY productive ducks that do quite well in exhibition. | Pekins Our Pekins are nice standard bred birds. They are good layers of very large eggs. They're a friendly, curious, talkative breed. They grow faster than any other breed, and their eggs are easy to hatch in an incubator making them a good breed for a beginner.
