Researching a speech is easy. There are so many ways to find tips on how to write an effective speech. Just about any college will have an Online Writing Center. These writing centers are the university's focus on good speech writing. Here are a couple of good sites.

Go to your library. Look in the magazine section. Look in political magazines, those speeches are usually written by professional speech writers. Search out english teachers in your schools, tutors, actual speech teachers.
If you're trying to find a particular speech go to google and type the title of the speech inside of parenthasis
