| Since 1995, Mattel has offered a special line of Hot Wheels cars at retail just for the collector, Treasure Hunt cars, which is denotes a limited edition cars. 2002 is the last year (?) JC Penney sells Treasure Hunt 12 cars set by exclusive in each end of the year since 1995. Start 2003 there have no 'Limited Edition' mark on each blistercard of treasure hunt series. Still consist of 12 cars with treasure chest sign on its blistercard, still with exclusive deco & wheels, treasure hunt series still becoming the most wanted item supposed to be found in hanger in toystore by Hot Wheels Collectors! |
