The Mentor High School Class of '72 Reunion was held the weekend of July 12-13. On Friday, July 12th the Avenue Bar & Grille was our host for an informal get together that served as a warm-up for the official reunion gathering the following evening at the Mentor Harbor Yacht Club. The event was held outside on the "Island." The weather was great and the food received high marks from everyone. The dance floor was full and the door prizes were well received.

I would like to thank all those who helped put this reunion together; Eva Zummo King, Bindy Taylor Gorman, Scott Daniels, Kathy Burke, Lisa Parsons, Mike Blazetic, Barb Pell Blazetic, Sandy Olesh Huntington, and my wife Georgiann.

The reunion was such a success that we want to have them every 5 years. In order to do this, while keeping costs low, we must use e-mail and our website, which is currently www.mhs72.freewebspace.com. We will also use classmates.com to spread the word. The hardest part of putting a reunion together is contacting classmates. Please send me your e-mail address and street address. Plan for the 35th year reunion to be held in July 2007. I have built a data-base for our class and I will update it when I receive new info. Be sure to view the pictures here on the website of the 30th reunion.
