#Mental-IN-Activity formed in late Sept 2001 as a rebellion against PG rated channels, strict rules and most of all, those that tried stopping us from being..well..US. At first MIA was only a quick getaway, a place to hang out while we had indifferences with other channels, but after a bit of influence the channel was registered. You can find us on a neat lil chat program called mIRC on the Undernet! In July 2003 the creator/s FyreAngel aka sam00tra decided it was time to hand over her position to a trustworthy and always around being.. NrmlFreak aka hiding. Thankyou sam00tra for all your time and effort into making MIA into what it is today. The channel is still slowly growing and often idle but it still keeps the interests of old and new. FyreAngel will be retired as of this moment, so lets all remember the fun times we've had with that sexy little bitch..however sam00tra will still make her presence known when she wanders on for a quicky or even enjoy a lengthy stay. It is now mid 2005 and unfortunately we have lost X..alot of the old regs have dissappeared but not forgotten. Perhaps the channel can be restored to it's former glory.. who knows? sam00tra now known as trip-pen (yes, still around) has decided to try and rebuild MIA and welcomes anyone that wishes; to come in and put your feet up. To all the old regs that no longer frequent MIA.. get yer asses in there! Rules haven't been enforced much in MIA..we'd prefer you to be yourself, but there are a few things we'd like to encourage so everyone enjoys their stay here. They are RESPECT and COMMONSENSE. If you have none of these "skills" then maybe MIA is not your place to be. MIA is an english speaking channel, but other languages are acceptable as long as its kept to a minimum. We are an open channel for anyone to join, you can talk about whatever and whenever. Swearing is allowed as long as personal issues are kept out of the channel and is not directed at anyone as an attack. We do like to have fun, and express ourselves freely..we can be anything from PG, R to M, whichever you desire. If you find the conversation offensive by all means we aren't here to stop you from leaving. Most of our ops are very tolerant, however, if they think you aren't being very respectful then they will give you the boot. Our rules apply to everyone.
