The Plaza
This is my home, The Country Club Plaza, in Kansas City Mo.  It is a world famous, arts, resturaunt, and shopping district with archetecture imitating that of Sevile Spain.  I love it for it's obvious beauty, cosmopolitan feel, great diversity, and European charm.  In my opinion there is no other place in the midwestern United States that feels as close to Europe (and it's not even dirty!).  The only thing I can say bad about it is parking is a real issue.  Between the masses of pedestrians, horse drawn carriages and overall lack of cheap parking, it pays to walk or ride bikes whenever possible.
This is a view of the Plaza lit up for Christmas, one of the largest light displays in the world.  From outside my 6th story windows Thanksgiving night I get a view very close to this when they flip the switch.  If you'd like to learn more about my little corner of the universe click on the links below.
