Calas Coves

On the road from Sant Climent to Cala en Porter, about 4km from Sant Climent, take the left turn signposted to Calas Coves.  The road goes uphill to a roundabout; here, watch out for "Coves" written on the right hand lane, and a small wooden sign on a post by the bins opposite you, because you do have to take the unmade "road" immediately to the right.  It's VERY rough so take care!  You can however drive all the way down to the cove - slowly!  A beautiful spot - a few other people wandering around but so peaceful.  When we visited, most of the caves had been sealed with metal doors - apparently due to problems with people living in them - but we found one open one.

There are lots of caves up to the left, but go right and climb round (an easy scramble) for the open cave and an incredible viewpoint over the double inlet.

Access - no time restrictions or fee.
