Important News:

IDEA 2004 has been signed by the President, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act Reauthorization is complete.

The Conference Committee approved the final conference report regarding the reauthorization of IDEA on November 17, 2004. On November 19, both the House and Senate voted to approve the report. On December 3, the President signed the bill. Most aspects of IDEA 2004 become effective July 1, 2005.
