Mendez drugged and robbed

The visit on Cuba ended in a catastrophe for Dj Mendez.

Drugged by some young men they stole all his money. – It's the worst thing ever happend to me, I can't remember anything, he says. The unpleasant event happend saturday when the father of two kids (now three) Dj Mendez and the video manager Camilo Altera just finnished one week of intensive work the popstar's video to the new single ”Razor Tongue”. The two friends in one of Cuba's many beaches when two men in age around 20 came to them and offered them one drink each.

”Felt with once that something was wrong” – The boys gave us rom in coconuts everything seemed okey, Dj Mendez says. The Cubans were nice and the swedes said yes when they were invited to follow them home and continue the party. Well there they began to play domino and got another drink each. – I felt with once that something was wrong. After just one drink I couldn't stand on my feet anymore, Dj Mendez says. The manager confirms that his friend must have been affected of something else then alcohol. – He was almost unconcious, even though I had drunk as much as he had, Camilo Altera says.

Took Camilo's trousers_Mendez and Altera finally caught a taxi and left the place. But when they were going to pay they discovered that all their money was gone._– They had taken my last money and Camilo's truosers which he'd put in his bag. We were raving mad. Finally we found a policeman and told him what had happend, Dj Mendez says. _

Were questioned for five hours.The police listened to the swedes and did a razzia in the cubans' house._– They were arrested and then we had to be questioned for five hours. It became an announcing, but what that heppend with them later I don't know, we went home the next day, Camilo Altera says. Dj Mendez can still feel on his body from the event. – My body hurts and the left side of my face hurts. Though this unpleasant event Mendez have only good trhing to say about Cuba. – It was really nice there. The people there were unbelievably nice and it was boring that this happend, he says.
