when i was a young man, i was very poor
i was a leper, would never heal

it was a dog´s life, i felt alone,
couldn´t talk to anyone, except to myself

then once day a man came, very famous
i said "please have mercy" and he looked at me

that was the point my life began to change,
this was the day i always dreamed about

he said "go and show yourself unto the priests"
and it came to pass, as i went  i was cleansed.
