1 egg
� cup sugar
� cup flour (sifted)
1� tsp baking powder
� tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup diced apples (about 1� apples)
Beat egg.
Add sugar, flour, salt, baking powder.
Stir in vanilla and apples.
Bake in greased pie plate (non fat spray works well)
350� for 25 minutes.

PINEAPPLE PIE
(Makes eight servings.)
1 cup crushed graham crackers
� cup melted margarine
Mix, press in pie pan, bake at 350� for 8-10 minutes.
(Prepared crust may be used.)
1 box instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1 can (20 oz) drained pineapple in natural juice)
1 packet artificial sweetener
Using mixer at low speed, mix pudding and sour cream.
Add pineapple and sweetener. Spread in cooled crust.
Chill several hours (overnight is best).
Serve with Cool Whip Free or similar topping.

FAMOUS BANANA AND WALNUT MUFFINS
1 Gold Medal Corn Muffin Mix �
bananas
walnuts
margarine
Follow directions on box
adding bananas, walnuts, and just a little bit of margarine.
It's just that simple.

MA'S MUFFINS
(makes 12 muffins)
3 packages Mrs Crutchfields Fat Free Muffin Mix �
(It comes in apple spice, blueberry, or cranberry.)
2 cups water
Stir in bowl, put in muffin tins
(use cupcake papers or non-fat spray).
Bake at 375� for 18 minutes.
Cool on rack, enjoy.
