QI GONG
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is a sequence of slow, gentle fitness exercises that focus on breathing and stretching. Qigong improves blood circulation, increases absorption and utilization of oxygen, and fosters a calm, relaxed mental and emotional state. EVERYONE, regardless of age, gender, body type, or physical condition can participate and enjoy Qigong.
Medical Qigong is immune building, builds and strengthens qi, releases tension, works on every system on the body, and energizes the internal organs, ensuring good health, and promoting longevity.
TAI CHI
Tai Chi, although similar to Qigong in many aspects, is a martial art consisting of graceful sequential movements that increases strength and muscle tone, as well as enhances range of motion, flexibility, and coordination. The combination of passive load-bearing exercise with compressive rebounding force creates an optimal enhanced methodology for bone mass/density development and improved balance.
