A little girl is alone at home, and it is just before Christmas. She goes to her parents� bedroom to see what presents might be hidden there. She opens the cupboard and moves a chair to climb up and see the top shelf where Mummy often hides her things. :-)
Just then the bell rings: Mummy is back. The little girl climbs back down from her chair. A second door bell! The girl closes the cupboard and puts the chair back where it had been. Another door bell!
The little girl runs to the door, opens and says to her mother: I am sorry! I heard it only the third time!
