The Buck Hollow Band
John & Teresa Condon
Based in rural Decorah, Iowa, John and Teresa Condon have established themselves as one of the most popular bands in the northeastern Iowa, southern Minnesota and western Wisconsin regions. In addition to being full-time teachers, they keep a busy schedule of performance gigs. Their music ranges from old-time standards to contemporary country to 50s & 60s rock and roll.

Buck Hollow's connection with the Memory Brothers started back in the 1990s. During that time Buck Hollow had already firmly established themselves as local favorites for the weekly Tuesday-night dances at the Cliff House in Decorah, Iowa. And this is where Doug began performing with them as a guest sideman. Eventually, John and Doug continued playing as a two-piece on those Tuesday nights until John graduated with his teaching degree and secured a full-time teaching position with the Decorah school system. Doug continued playing the Cliff House dances rotating partners, Larry Crandall, Mike Williams, Mike Flack, Christopher Jon and Andy Webb.

Today Doug continues to be good friends with John & Teresa. And there is plenty of good-natured teasing that goes on amongst them - both on and off the stage.
