Peru is plucky and charming in a nonsensical kind of way. He's the sort of Pi that wants to make a sing and dance routine for all his stories, rather than blandly monotone them out. He's very kind, and courteous to the ladies, always dipping his head and flattering them. He's not much of a flirt though, just a very kindly bard. He never tells a lie, and tries to be the nicest, most generous and tolerable person he can.
