His body is much more frail then most feoraptors which is why he often covers it with the cape, and it also keeps his often cold body warm. He was given the necklace around his neck by Vengeance to protect his idenity. You see, he is actually a powerful allie of Vengeance, and demon touched. The necklace masks his eyes from those who are celestial touched and celestial possessed. Only those who are half celestial would be able to see the eyes flaming with hatred behind the almost white blue eyes. He is Vengeance's ears, going and getting important information from Celestials and other feoraptors against Vengeance and then bringing her their plans and information. Dispite the way he looks he has a way of talking to people that make them want to give up information. The reason for this is because demon touched, just like celestial touched, have the ablility to influence others to do their bidding. He has became SO skilled in influencing others to tell him things that it is almost rediculous. Like poison in your ears without you knowing
