Tall and imposing, Reilish is hardly the sort of person you'd want to get into a fight with. He's barrel-chested with long, thick arms that reach half-way down to his knees, ending it knobby fists and clawed fingers. His legs are equally long and thick, slightly bowed as goblin's limb's tend to be. He's abnormally tall for his species, and takes great pride in the fact; something that added heavily to his ambitious nature. His face is long and angular, with heavy lines that add a harsh look to his visage. He has narrowed grey eyes, and skin of such a dark, slate color it appears almost black.

Reilish is ambitious and commanding, he keeps a schedule of impossible goals and actually reaches them. He's stubborn and steadfast enough to stay on any task until completion, dispite the level of difficulty involved or problems that arise. This usually adds to his ability to command, but his complete unwillingness to back down has led the company of the Labyrinth to dangerous situations more than once.
Reilish, despite his ambition, is usually a modest character. He avoids comments and compliments and prefers to reward himself only with the satisfaction that he's done a good job. He understands he's intelligent and powerfully built, and he'll use that to his advantage, but never will he brag about it.
Reilish also sports a deeply mischevious side, leading him to be a bothersome person when he's off duty. He's apt at playing pranks on his subordinates and uses his cunning to eavesdrop on conversation he probably shouldn't. Because of this he has ample knowledge of all of his crew, and is said to have a knack for weeding out the unfaithful.
