| Personality: |
By nature, Lachlan is a patient and humble creature, minding his/her own business and keeping fairly to his/herself. Not because he/she is anti-social, but because he/she does not enjoy the thought of fraternizing with the Prince's unruly cast of housekeepers. Lachlan is, despite his/her place of residence, a fairly altruistic protagonist, and does not enjoy the thought of befriending anything less...pleasant than he/she. Lachlan may not be accepting of many vices, but he believes firmly in keeping a stiff upper lip when faced with social challenges. He's not friendly, but nor is he rude, he simply does what must be done and retires to solitude or the company of the few 'good' characters the Prince has taken up residence with.
Lachlan is very firm in all his/her beliefs, everything he believes he's believed since it was first explained to him. He's incredibly steadfast and unchanging when it comes to his morals and ethics. Straight out facts he can, and normally will, believe, but for things that teeter on the edge of right and wrong? No amount of evidence can make him sway from his beliefs. Not only that, but he's very much a know-it-all as well (who wouldn't be, when you can predict the future?), and he doesn't like admitting he's wrong. Oh, he'll do it, but you better produce one hell of a lot of evidence against his side of the debate first. Fortunately, Lachlan isn't prone to starting arguments, just as he isn't much for starting up conversations.
