Pecan Tarts
I don't know where this recipe came from...I just found it in my mom's recipe box, but once again, good stuff!  This one's some takes some work and time,but the end result's worth it.

Crust:
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup flour

Filling:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions:
In medium bowl, combine crust ingredients until dough forms into a ball.
In a separate bowl, mix together filling ingredients.  Divide dough into 24 pieces; place each ball of dough into a mini-muffin pan (make sure the muffin pan has Teflon or non-stick coating).  Press dough out to create crust.  Fill each with filling.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
