| Our Sweet Melody |
| Melody's age caught up with her the week before Christmas 2004, she had her first seizure.We rushed her to out Veterinarian. She was diagnosed with heart failure. Melody has experienced excellent health up until this...and it all just hit her at once. But she is a brave girl and has been undergoing treatment. While there is no cure, our goal is to keep her as comfortable as possible for as much time as God allows her to be with us. She is in no pain and still gets joy out of each day.While she can no longer go for her walks...she likes for us to carry her out in the woods or up the street on her familiar path. Her appetite is still good -with one of her fanorites-chicken served regularly. Fritz seems aware of her condition and remains a loving companion. I want to thank everyone who has visited MELODYS WORLD via geo cities over the years. I will keep her condition posted here and ask for your prayers for our Sweet Mel. It has taken me this long to be able to even look at her website.Her passing broke our hearts and we will always miss her.
