I did a lot of personal research on him, though. I can only assume he got his name from the defunct "Silly Cat Comix".
The fact that a "Baldo", something vital to Cat's personality, is mentioned several times in those comics seems to solidify my assumption.
That being said, Cat's a great guy, despite almost getting thrown out of college and letting wannabe pro-gamers sleep at his house, I mean.
He also likes bad 80's music, IMing me once at 1:00 AM begging for some "bad 80's music" recommendations. <3
