Div layers are a great way to postion stuff on your site and is way easier than tables.

Insert your #'s in code depending where you want it. Top means how many pixels from the top you want your DIV layer to be. Left means how many pixels from the left you want your DIV layer to be. You can go in PSP and take the arrow and postion it where u want the iframe's top right corner to be and there will be numbers on the bottem left corner to tell you where it should go.
