go back down the stairs. A gold key falls, pick it up by walking up to it, then head back up the stairs and use the key on the double doors. When you enter a movie clip plays three orange ghosts appear. Luigi has nothing to fight them off with and is scared to death. Luckily a little old man appears and tries to vacuum up the ghosts with an invention called the Poltergust 3000. The old man didn't capture the ghosts but he scared them off so you'll be safe for now. The old man takes you to his hut and tells you
his name is Professor E. Gadd. He explains to you
that he used to be a ghost hunter and he would turn the ghosts he cought into beautiful pictures. But one day a bunch of boo's released all of the ghost's from the pictures. He also tells you that Mario, Luigi's older brother, entered the mansion befor Luigi and he never came back out. He gives you the Poltergust 3000, and a gameboy Horror so the Proffesor can keep in touch with you through the mansion. You can train with your Poltergust 3000 in the Professors
hut, or you can visit the gallery to look at all of the ghost pictures you've collected. Once you enter the mansion again, you'll meet one of many toads hidden through out the mansion. Talk to him, he tells you that he's really sad that Mario has disappeared. Talk to him anytime you want to save your game. I haven't finished the game so my walkthrough will have to end now.
