"English God Cards" have been a fairly dominent topic of Yu-Gi-Oh , so here are a few things you need to be aware about these "English God Cards":

1.) The "English God Cards" are promo cards shipped with the Japanese Edition of the next Game Boy Advanced game, which ships on April 17th. The English Edition of the game ships with Harpie's Feather Duster, Sinister Serpent, Valkyrion the Magnet Warrior.

2.) The 3 "English God Cards" Do Not have any play text on them, which means that you have absolutely no idea what they do, or how to summon them. For instance:

- Obilisk the Tormentor is a Ritual Monster without a Ritual Magic Card to summon him, so there is no way to play him.
- Slyfer the Sky Dragon has an ATK & DEF of "X000" with no instructions on how to determine what "X" is.
- Winged Dragon God of Ra has an ATK & DEF of "????" with no instructions on how to determine what the ATK/DEF are.

Even if you wanted to put them in your deck for that "cool factor"... you couldn't. Why? Because they don't have the "Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG" logo on them... because it's not part of the game. You might as well throw a Magic: The Gathering, or a DBZ card in your deck instead. This is also the main reason you won't see these "God Cards" on Konami's Banned Card list... because it's not even part of the game.

3.) The "God Cards" are not legal in any Official Tournament (UDE or Konami)... anywhere. The Japanese version of the card specifically state this, much like the "Boat,Island, & Gold Cards" that came in the Pegasus Structure Deck. If you've heard otherwise, you've been lied to.

4.) Please don't waste your money (~$100) for these cards, as they don't amount to much more than a temporary "Ooh, look what I have." item. If you really want these cards... just import the game from Japan, that's what all the online stores are doing; cut out the middle-man
