'DON'T REST'

Luke 14 vs 3-4 "3 And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day?

4 And they held their peace. And he took him, and healed him and let him go."

Do not be fooled by the title the physical mortal body we have needs up to eight hours of sleep and after a hard day needs to rest to relieve stress. The words 'Don't Rest' in this case take a different meaning.

We have a message to send and a duty to do, we should not rest in our mission. Bless, those who have the strength and time to do missionary work, but do not be discouraged or envoius when you cannot go too. The Gospel (good news) still needs to be preached in our hometown and our own street.

'Don't Rest' in trying to bring as many people as you can to Jesus and in doing so salvation. God has asked us to preach His Word in order to save as many as possible. Jesus healed many people and yes many times on the sabbath day, he knew that there was work to be done for our God and he did not rest till he had done all that he could do.

Jesus showed us that we need to continue to strive, work and preach right up until we die or the Kingdom of the Lord comes to earth. Shine! For God, preach His Word, walk in His way, and do not rest, no do not rest till we see Him coming in all His glory back to earth.
