How to Encourage Dreaming
Convince yourself: Once you have the motive to dream, the rest is easy. Regard your dreams as valuable messages from your inner self.
Enjoy them: You may not win an Oscar but you are the star of you inner play.
Visulaize: As you fall asleep imagine yourself waking in the morning feeling pleased that you have had a dream.
Affirm: Tell yourself that you WILL have a dream and WILL remember it.
Plan: Set you alarm at a different time or drink a large glass of water so taht you have to wake up in the night.
Dream Yoga: The Tibetian yogis suggest you should be visulizing a blue light at the back of the throat as you fall asleep. Modern reserach confirms this. The stem of the brain (behind the throat) controls the dream state.
