One of the most recent of all my stories, "Steal My Kisses" is one of the few of my stories that is actually based on personal experience. Beginning in their 7th year as Head Boy and Girl, "Steal My Kisses" actually toys with revolutionary idea- what if Lily wasn't perfect? What if James was a fling? What if she had a boyfriend when she realized James was the guy she really wanted? "Steal My Kisses" has really tested my creative boundaries because it has forced me to put my characters in situations that don't come up smelling roses for everyone involved- people get hurt in the real world, and this story acknowledges and rejoices in it.
