| You think you are safe, Our country stands strong, Then something like this, Comes along. The world's torn apart, Societry cries, Thousands of people, No longer alive. In New York City, Things are insane, All because of hate, But who is to blame? Shanksville, Pa so many lost their lives, they never thought today would be the day they die. The Pentagon demolished, people are dead, nothing we can change, nothing we can mend. America will fight back, And when we are through, Our country will stand tall Solid as it used to. So hold on America, and pray for the best, We will fight back, and end this mess. The hurt may never be over, The lives will never return, But the memories of the victims, Will forever live on. |
