Reaching Out
No one's here to dry my tears,
No one's here to calm my fears
So many things I want to say,
Only fear stands in my way
So tire of running 'round & 'round
And tired of always falling down
Still dying for someone to pick me up but
Reaching out to feel only lonely air
Tell me why is it by the time I figure you out-- You're gone?
So many wasted moments,
Obsessing over meaningless things
Like beauty
Jealousy
And the things that are Impossible to obtain
Trying to please everyone seems
What I like best,
Wanting to prove myself at any expense
Time goes by so quickly
Tell me where do I fit in...
People act so differently
But aren't we all the same?
I'll be fine as long as I remember One thing,
The world's going to keep on spinning,
It's not going to stop for me...
