Orientating is the opposite of dissociating. It implies having to know where you are in time and space in order to successfully complete what you are doing. Watching a movie doesn't orientate, mountainbiking does. Many outdoor activities have the added benefit of the right and left brainhalf having to work together (f.ex. in not falling off the mountainbike). Communication between the brainhalves is frequently impaired when traumatised. 3) Expose Expose trauma to sunlight and orientation.
