Fez

Fez is the foriegn-exchanged that we all love. Fez came from an unknown country, and his name is not able to be pronouced in the english language, so the guys just call him Fez. Fez used to have a major crush on Jackie, Kelso's girlfriend, but know he found his own lady, named....BIG RHODA! *crickets churp* Well, I would describe Fez's personality as very honest. He's never afraid to call anyone a 'whore' and a 'dumbass'.
