-Magical Minerals of the Month: Silver and Corundum (Ruby & Sapphire)
-The Real World: Natural Hazards... Volcanoes and Earthquakes

April
-Geological Topic: Water - erosion, the water cycle
-Magical Minerals of the Month: Jade, Fluorite
-The Real World: Groundwater Contamination

May
-Geological Topic: Oceans and Glaciers
-Magical Minerals of the Month: Hematite, Amber
-The Real World: Global Warming

Assignments

Each month's assignment will consist of 10 mandantory questions, each worth 3 points. If you've read the lesson carefully, you'll be able to answer all the questions. Each month, there will be an optional extra-credit assignment, which requires a little extra work.
