Background:
Scandle ruined his father's reputation. Marrying another species and having a
child, the community was reviled including Calebs daughter from a previous marriage.
Rian made Cecil's young life a living hell along with the rest of the community, he
was beaten daily, spat on, and called names by everyone who was not sympathetic.
Eventually Calebs fortune was riped from him and given to rian but not before Cecil
grabed some of his fathers assests and left the planet before things got to heated.
Cecil changed his name and was able to pass well enough as a pure breed, worked gettign
a sizable fortune for funding certain projects to help half breeds. At some point Cecil
got ahold of secret documents that told the true version of what had happend to the
White-Ash. He sought out what was left of them and started to fund their rebellion.
Eventually the Av'Arul caught wind of this luckily Cecil was able to escape in the nick
of time with the help of Zoe Eden. He joined the White-Ash as their main strategist and
became one of their most trusted allies, at this time he found a nack for inventing and
fixing machines. Sadly he fell in love with Zoe but unfortunatly Zoe only had a sexual
attraction to Cecil which left him frustrated. One day the worst happend, the Av'Arul
found their headquarters and raided capturing Nova White, Zoe and everyone else in the
building. The Av'Arul sent Cecil to a high security prison on Bissel soon after the
destruction happend.
With the guards gone and half the prison destroyed Cecil stayed along with another half
breed named Shay. Everyone else ran to join forming gangs to scavenge for food and
other provisions. Cecil and Shay began gathering information and watching the formation
of these gangs as they became more solid. Cecil and Shay went to talk with the more
friendly gangs when they learned that the head of the Loco's was a Av'Arul and had great
interest in making things the way they were with him as leader. Cecil was able to rally
many of the gangs behind Shay. During this time Cecil learned that there were White-Ash
in cold storage on that planet and began looking into it but Shay decided to attack the
then powerful Locos and lost, Shay was lynched but Cecil was left alive and humiliated
but he went on yelling for rebelling with great ferver but now no one was listening.
Recently Cecil met the famous ALric brothers and he did not have to do much convincing to
get them to join him, this gave Cecil an Ace and made a few gangs start paying attention.
Cecil is about to have another ace, he learned that Zoe is alive....
