This corner is like a tribute to my favorite people in the world. Daw testi bala or comment sa friendster/myspace/multiply/hi5 blah blah blah. DAW lang. Hehehe. These are the people in my generation (meaning,. you know!) that have really created a big impact in my life. These people are so dear to me that I just can't imagine existing without them. =))
MIKKA → my best-est friend!! We've known each other since Ice Age!! I loovve her so much!! She's unique in her own special way. From her wild laughs, to the way she dresses, and basta.. everything! I love her taste for food. She really knows how to pick 'em. We both love coffee so much. We can't resist the smell of it or even the mere sight of Bo's corner sometimes, oh and Starbucks and Seattle's. Haha. Ay! Si Mikka daw hubog kis.a!! Especially when she's on heels or when she rang and someone's mother answered it. Hahaha!! We've had our rough times but we silently work it out. We'll always be best friends. Nothing can stop that. Mikka's quite sensitive, too. But the best thing about her (second to her wild laughs that'll make you laugh almost as wild as that) is that she forgives right away. Like if something went wrong between you two, the next day it's all forgotten and everything's alright again. She's so talented, too!! She's a great dancer! She plays the guitar like a pro! She sings like she owns a band.. dude, talented gid ya! She even knows how to drive the car already!! There are more awesome things you'd find in Mikka. Trust me. Get to know her better and you'll see. :D
'AN-TEL → I love Tel! She has taught me so much. She has influenced my musical preferences and playing football is always memorable when she's around. Pioneer of solo flights and crazy steps. She's a true friend. When she sees you're not Ok (even if you are) she's going to approach you and investigate (yes, investigate is the term) what your problem is. And she'd damay you. Francelle is such an all around, she does not limit her capabilities and abilities. She's a cool person. Very cool. She's a responsible disciplinarian. And she's always fair to everything. Sometimes she can get innocent (with the soft voice and the puppy eyes, totally clueless on what's up), but don't pick on her because you would not know what to answer back if you two start to argue because she's rational. That's what she's good at. Ay, 'Tel!! Happy Birthday!! We forget these days, huh? Well, we still grow everyday. And for tomorrow and the next tomorrow and the day after the day after tomorrow and the rest of the days of your life.. Happy Birthday!!
AKI → the ever sentiemo friend. She's fun to be with. The great thing about Jackie is that she's always ready to lend a hand and she never leaves you out of place. She's a good chitchat companion, too. With her, you can talk about anything and just fool around. She's got her own principles that she can really stand up to. She's just quiet sometimes but when her head starts to tick, get ready for a ride in a colorful world. I've had good moments with Aki and I enjoy hanging around with her, especially when all we do is laugh about the smallest things people would not normally laugh at. Like it just comes out and most of the time it's not noticeable. Oh yeah, one thing Aki is very particular is cleanliness. After classes and before classes, you'd see her holding the broom and/or fixing the chairs. She's one of the people who taught me so much and maybe she doesn't even know it yet. =)
GOLD → Gold has been there for me, accompanying me walking around the school and never forgets to say "hi". I remember in the Math-Sci Camp. It was fun only because I stayed up late with her together with Ana and Reuel. We made this horror flick using a cellphone and we laughed until the aches of our stomach. I rarely have those grand happiness in my life these days and it sure was one. I miss being around with Gold. I can always be myself with her and she doesn't care much about what the crowd says. I've had a couple of inspired moments with her and she witnessed how I was when I see the passing by (gets you ni 'Laris ah). Oh! Oh! she loves her dogs so much!! She bought goodies for them while we're at MOA during the Edu tour. She gave one to Aika. I hope I can have one too, dog I mean. he he, JK! And she loves table tennis. Pro siya!! Also, annoying people. People like.. quiet nlng ko a. Haha. ;D Basta.. Gold, Gold, Gold. Her name suggests it! She's someone you can really treasure.
ANA → She's detachable to her guitar, Uno, and she's like the number one fan of Yeng. Sometimes we'd fantasize that she too would enter the Philippine Dream Academy and have mall tours and concerts and all. And the Grand night!! Ana is the type of friend you can always imagine things with. And laugh at some stupid situations. Oh, this is the start of something good. Don't you agree, Ana? You have to follow through. With every word you say. Cause I, all I really want is you. For you to stick around. To see you everyday. So you have to follow through. The words you say to me are unlike anything.. that's ever been said, Ana!! Yep. Follow through! Every time we sing that at school with, it's like there's a concert! Other than that, Ana's daily dose of music to the ears also include Bizarre Love Triangle and Yeng's songs. You see, Ana is really a music lover. She did the classical and it was amazing! (with the wink and bleh.. ;P ..haha).. Oh, Ana will always be my close friends. I may not reply to her messages, I may not make her feel that but that's the way it is. Of course, Jabi moments!! Love Ana! XD
JANESSA → the Chem expert! Janessa is very palaban and she'd bite if she has to if there is an acceptable reason why she has to. She dances like Shakira! As someone said, you don't have to look at her face, her body says it all. Other than Jan's snake-y body, she's also the type of person you can run to and pour your secrets out. She always understands people and the situation they're in. She somehow knows how to comfort people who are down. She's got uplifting words in case of an emergency. She's a positive thinker so when you see her you'd think she's got no problems. But she's got problems (whoever doesn't?). Those problems she can always solve, even the hardest ones. She's a strong person and knows so many things about life and is ready to share what she has. Basta.. she's always there. Game for anything!
NIŇA → the math wiz in the classroom and the ever so cheerful friend! If you get to know Niņa, you'll love her company. She's talkative in a way. Like she's got a lot to tell about the revolving world even if it no longer revolves. Her pick upline? "Diin na notebook ko??" Kay man buot-buot gid be mo. Her reviewer was photocopied for the whole class to study without her knowing it and it's alright to her. Gosh, Nins, dapat next time may copyright na. Then you'll publish your own book of things to study. That's great. Pangwartahan mo na. Hehe. Kidding. OK, so when we went to her house, it was like a turning point. We had fun and we had... guess what. Hmm. Basta. =P (I like her relationship with her mom. It's like they're close friends).
BEA → She's so updated on everything! Everyday she's got a different news to tell like the latest about the hottest celebrities and the OTH (she's a big, big fan of the show!). She's so good with the computer stuff, especially the net. She's such a blogger and she thinks her posts are boring but truth is they're randomly awesome! Bea naman oh! Of course they're great and cool!! I enjoy reading your entries! Oh and she loves the sunset (yep, Sunshinedazzled™. Take note: the trademark sign). Apart from her coolness, she's also a good friend (she's so friendly, too). She's so down to earth and carefree. And as what I can see, she really does good and wants to make her parents happy (I think her parents are already happy with her. Why wouldn't they? I mean she's so smart, simple, pretty and she's even rich but she doesn't bother to show). Well, that's Bea. B***** clap,clap! ;D (relive the moment. hehe. peace)
KAS → my utod! My angel!! I miss hanging out with her and her pangsaskos. My angel is a very caring person. She can feel your vibe if you're in the mood or not. And when you're not, she's going to try to uplift you. Her hugs! We've hugged so many times now. And for the record, our longest was more than a minute. When we hug, she's got this way of making things fine for me especially when I'm so exhausted. She takes away my negative energy and leaves me smiling. Kas is always willing to do everything. She's the type of friend (well in my case, sister. that's how we treat each other) who you'd have small moments with but those small moments when put together are as much as the big ones. Oh,oh! She was the first person who taught me to play the guitar. I miss those days. I'm looking forward to more little moments with her.
ABNER → arnold the football head's pig. Hehe, joke. I know he'd laugh that type of laugh when he reads this. By the way, he's my son. I know, I know. Well, that's life! He's my ever so talkative (not only bacause he talks but he talks with his loud voice) son! But even if he's like that, there's more to Abner than his stomata-shaped mouth (especially when he dances..lol). Deep inside he's a great person and having a sensible talk with him would make you realize so many things and you'd learn so much from him. He's a strong person. You'd know why if you know. Basta, it's like that. He's got tons of bloopers (i'm exaggerating). Like method, umbilical and stuff like that. But it's OK. He can always put up with those suya about him because at times, he's also like that. You know, to make you happy. His shoulder is always ready if I have headaches or if I get tired. But I don't get that anymore since we're no longer in the same school. But he's still there, his stomata mouth is still there, his hairy legs are still there. He's always going to be there, he's always going to be my genuine son and a great friend.
AIKA → Aika = butterfly. Like a butterfly, she has wings. Yes. In a sense that she seems to create a beautiful world for the people dear to her. And she enlightens those people. She's got a very soft heart. And she takes everything into consideration before she takes a step in doing things. She lists every advantages and disadvantages in whatever her plans are. She's a great, great leader. Filled with tremendously beautiful ideas that, if you ask me, are so out of the usual world. She's a very responsible person (leader na nga eh) and she cares about what you feel and never wants things to go wrong between you two. Also, because of her ever so butteryfly-yness, we've come up and already have the butterfly garden at school. She cares so much about the flying creatures. She knows the detailed details of a butterfly's behavior and has made us see the beauty of being around and tendering the butterflies. With her attitude and simply because of the type of person she is, Aika will soar higher with those wings that'll make the hood more beautiful.
LCID → Who knew I'd be close to this guy? Hehe. It's sad though because he's in the US now and we only get to communicate through e-mails and YM and friendster and the likes. I'm so glad to have known this man and have witnessed his transformation. I miss the debates he showcases during English and other subjects that requires some debate. Oh but I really miss him! I miss reading his hour to hour, minute by minute encounters in his life written on his blue notebook. I also miss reading the text messages his girlfriend would send. I miss the casual talks with him. I know Lcid's going to sore high, as high as he can dunk during basketball. :)
JJ → My brother! Hahaha. I don't know how that exactly happened. We have similar faces daw? I don't really get it! I mean, he's tall and I sadly am not. Believe me, he's so tall! If he was my promdate, I'd have to wear 3-inch heels. Hahaha! But he's a great person. he's taught me a lot. He can be a bit geeky but that's already one of his.. umm.. assests? haha, jk! he's into football too! So that's why we're siblings. Hahaha. Uy, FYI ha, we're not really siblings. That's just the way we treat each other. I thought I'd hate him all my life because of what happened once upon a time, but I love my brother. he's always going to be my brother and I'm always going to be my only brother and I'm always going to be his only sister.
HENRY → He's my seatmate at the moment. Henry's actually a great person. Just don't judge a book by its cover. He's so fun to be with. No moment's dull. I learned a lot from him too. He's a very loyal person. Okay, so he's got a sensitive side but he doesn't really show it. I can see that he's always trying his best and things are finally going smoothly fine for him. He's such a pro in badmin! Idol! he's also a part of the slope. And there was one time during the Edu Tour. I know it was so unforgettable, especially to him. Amazing Hen!! Lavet! Hahaha! I'm not sure if he's ever going to enter a beauty pageant, ever again. Hehehe. Pero it's great ha, nga wala siya napikon. He handled it like a man and it sure was fun!!
ROY → This person here has taught me so, so much. He was a part of the biggest drama in my life so far. Hehe. He's got this curiosity, like a child. He loves Heroes!! We occasionally have this sort of a bet thingie. It's about our pens. You know how pens are, how they're small and easily get lost. The bet's usually about whose pen stays the longest. Slope! Hahaha! Slope friend, with Gold and Henry. He's also got funny, CORNY jokes. Hehehe. Kabuanay a! Hahaha. oh, and the solo flight back-ups to. The VOW! Hahaha. I've almost lost him twice, I hope things like that will not happen again. The moments we've shared are too hard to just throw away.
RIKA → Rika Mambs - that's what I used to call her. Now she's Rix. Even if she studying still at St. Joseph and I'm at SSC, we still have this connection. She's always a phone call or a text message away. She advises good (so utterly missing her words of wisdom). She never takes sides. She is simply a great, great friend. She understands me more than I could of myself. When I have problems, she's ready to talk anytime. She's gone through so many in life so chitchatting with her is not a waste of time. I miss those little letters she gives with her drawings on it. Her sweetness would really make you feel special. Another thing I love about Rika is her being frank. So straight to the point frank. She tells right away if she sees you're going out of hand and does what she can to help you get out of the dark room. But when everything else remains the same and there was no progress, she's ready to accept you the way you are or the way you have become. She made it clear to me that it's a wonderful world and life's a test we really can pass! =D
AYNA → formerly Anna. Gurl!! She's so hip! She's also updated on all the latest juices about the things that are happening (even the simplest once are made big). She so stylish, too. She's got this great laid back sense of fashion like the way celebs would dress. We are great friends since we were four and we still remain friends. She's like still so cool with everything and would go "hey, yeah, uh-uh.. yah, darling, yah". But she's still the Anna I know. She's just changed the way she would look like but the way she would let out has so far not changed. When we were kids she would visit me at home and we'd create mess here. We'd make a drink that really looks much like a juice (we've got different flavors! orange, strawberry grape, strawberry apple, mint, and there are more). The ingredients for our menu? Leaves! Flowers! Iba! I remember we'd be doing childish things and would have treasure hunts and maze thingie. Those made-up adventures and imaginary people, places and other creature. Yep,yep. Those were the good old days of young innocence with my good friend Anna.
MANS → My sister, Joyce. I fondly call her Mans because it's like a short cut of Manang. I think. Anyway, my sister has made my life a whole lot of fun. Now she's at Manila having her college and I miss her too often than she'd think. I miss going to the mall with her and help her choose a top or other parts of an outfit even if it would mean waiting for a long time when she's at the fitting room. I've no one to sleep with at night anymore. Before when she was here, she would always ask me a favor of putting a pillow on her back. Mans is a very caring sister. being the eldest in the family, she knows her responsibilities and takes on them well. She has helped me a lot in school works and has given me some advice, too. When she comes home, we'd have this bonding moment together with Jas and we'd take crazy photos and make jokes on each other. Then what's great about her being home is that everyday seems to be always special. She really is special and I really love her. I can't wait for every moment she comes home (and bring all those pasalubongs!! =D).
JOV → this one's very special to me. Some people would wonder why. I mean, we're two totally different people and why on earth did that certain thing happen? Well, opposites attract, don't they? hehehe. I've got a lot to say about him but I'm to shy. Yes, I still am shy. But I'm totally comfortable around him. He's the reason for most of the things I do. This one has also taught me a lot. And I dare say A LOT. He's funny in that certain way. I don't really know how to describe that way. basta it's like he says funny things without knowing he says them or he says them without intending to be funny. He plays football! And he's scored some goals while he was wet and muddy and.. I won't finish that sentence. Stop me!! Stop me!! Hahaha. Ay, buot na xa! Hahaha! How come it take my mother for that to happen and not me? Haha. And he's childish. Hehe. Hai, Basta, he's going to be in my life forever. =]
