The family announces with sorrow, his
death
in Sudbury, Sunday, January 21st, 2007 at the age of 86 years.
Son of the late Octave and of the late Octavie (née Leblanc) Allain.
Beloved husband of Thérèse Allain (née Leblanc) of Azilda. Loving
father of Gisèle Legris (John) of Sudbury, Louise Lavallée (Denis) and
Paul Allain both of Azilda and Maurice Allain (Judy) of Port Elgin.
Predeceased by his daughter Diane Meilleur. Dear brother of Eva Bernier
(Valmont) of U.S.A. Predeceased by his brothers and sister Edgar, Irène
Bourque (Alcide) and Gérard Allain (Yvette). Sadly missed and lovingly
remembered by his grandchildren Rodney, Jason, Lisa, Patrick, Michael,
Julien, Jamie and by his 2 great-grandchildren, Nicolas & Dakota.
Mr. Allain was a retired Inco miner. Arthur, a devoted family man who
enjoyed people will be missed by his loving family and friends. He was
a World War II veteran, having served overseas for 4 years. He was also
an avid bowler.
The family will receive friends at the
CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME,
4691, R R 15 CHELMSFORD,
Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be
held Thursday, January 25th, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in Ste-Agnès Church,
Azilda. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be
appreciated.

Déjà un an que Dieu est venu te chercher pour un monde meilleur. Ton
départ
a été une surprise et difficile à accepter pour nous. Tu es toujours
dans
nos pensées et dans nos cœurs. Beaucoup de larmes coulent encore. Tu
étais
un très bon père pour tes enfants. Tout ce qui nous reste avec nous est
de
bonne mémoire maintenant et ton beau sourire, générosité et ton grand
cœur.
Toujours aimé, jamais oublié.

tes
petits enfants.
