Mrs. Aileen Margaret
Levesque, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Meilleur, beloved
wife of the late Antoine "Tony" Levesque, passed away peacefully at the
North Bay General Hospital on Thursday, February 28th, 2002 at the
age of 81, after a lengthy illness. She was predeceased by a young
son, Peter, who died in 1952, and her husband, Antoine "Tony" who passed
away in 1959. Aileen will be lovingly remembered by her four sons,
Raymond of North Bay, Paul (Sandra) of Providence, Rhode Island, Hector
(Pat) of Toronto, and John (Renee) of North Bay, two sisters, Rita
(Bradley) of Pembroke, and Georgina (Auclair) of North Bay; two
brothers, Jerome "Sonny" (Joan) of Deep River, and Joseph "Joey" (Theresa)
of Mattawa; grandchildren, Michelle and Marc, both of Toronto, and
three step-grandchildren, Christina of Ireland, Nicole and Eamon,
both of New York, as well as many other relatives and friends.
Family and friends may
pay their respects at the McGuinty Funeral Home on Sunday, from
2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Father Ken Gauthier will celebrate the Funeral Mass
at St. Vincent de Paul Church on Monday, March 4th, at 11 a.m. Interment
at St. Mary’s Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to
"Meals on Wheels" would be gratefully appreciated by the family.

Meilleur, et épouse bien-aimée de feu Antoine "Tony" Lévesque,
est décédée paisiblement à l’Hôpital général de North Bay, le jeudi
28 février 2002, à l’âge de 81 ans, par suite d’une longue maladie. L’ont
précédée dans la mort, un jeune fils, Pierre, en 1952, et son époux,
Antoine "Tony" en 1959. Se souviendront d’elle avec tendresse, ses quatre
fils, Raymond de North Bay, Paul (Sandra) de Providence, Rhode Island,
Hector (Pat) de Toronto, et Jean-Marie "John" (Renee) de North Bay;
deux soeurs, Rita (Bradley) de Pembroke, et Georgina (Auclair) de North Bay;
deux frères, Jerome "Sonny" (Joan) de Deep River, et Joseph "Joey"
(Theresa) de Mattawa; deux petits-enfants, Michelle et Marc de Toronto,
et trois beaux petits enfants, Christina d’Irlande, et Nicole et Eamon de
New York, ainsi que beaucoup d’autres parents et amis.
La famille accueillera parents et amis à la maison funéraire
McGuinty, dimanche 3 mars, de 14 a 16h et de 19 a 21h. Saint Vincent
de Paul, lundi 4 mars, à 11h. Inhumation au cimetière Sainte-Marie.
Tout don à l’oeuvre de "Meals on Wheels" serait bien apprécié par la famille.
"Mon Bien-Aimé élève la voix et me dit: Viens donc, ma
tourterelle, ma belle, viens. Car voilà l’hiver passé, c’en est fini
des pluies, elles ont disparu..."
