CODIN EDUARDO BADESCU (EDDIE)

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of our beloved son and brother Eddie on March 30, 2006. He leaves to mourn his parents, Eduardo and Gisele; brother Aaron; grandmother Sora Badescu and countless relatives and friends.

Eddie came into the world with smiling eyes that have always been the gateway to his soul. The first six years of his life were filled with many health related challenges. Once these health challenges were solved he soared like an eagle! He spent the next 14 years enriching his life and the lives of all who knew him. He never allowed his physical challenges to stand in the way of kayaking, wall climbing, being a boccia champion and becoming president of his high school. He was a humble young man who only knew how to love and show kindness to others. Eddie's courage and determination is a testament to how one person can effect how the rest of us view the world. We know that Eddie would love to thank each and everyone that helped him through the years.

Prayers will be said Sunday, April 2 at 7:00 p.m., Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 4 at 10:00 a.m. also at the chapel. Interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Eddie's memory to: The Council of Exceptional Children (Manitoba) or The Society For Manitobans with Disabilities.
